You’ll learn your current baseline and uncover which areas of your health need attention. You’ll get expert guidance on the Longevity Lab Rx platform about your results, where you can also take action with lifestyle guidance and personalized treatment plans, if eligible. You’ll continue to track your progress with twice-yearly panels; your 6-month follow-up will retest 55+ biomarkers.

You’ll book an in-person appointment to take your lab test at one of 2,000 Quest Diagnostics locations nationwide directly through the Longevity Lab Rx platform.
